At Fitpaw, We understand that plans can change, We just ask for a little notice so we can keep everything running smoothly!
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume it’s going ahead. Emergency situations are always considered, please just keep us informed and we will try to reschedule.
Payments & Packages
Payment is due on the day of the 1st session of package. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card. Packages are non-refundable once started. Missed sessions without notice will not be credited back.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
If Fitpaw need to cancel:
If we ever need to cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer to reschedule your session.
Weather & safety:
Your dog’s safety always comes first. In severe weather (like extreme heat or storms), sessions may be adjusted, rescheduled, or shortened — with no charge to you.
